Kate Slaven, the Mesothelioma Nurse based at Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, is conducting a study on Cough in Mesothelioma.
Kate is looking for patients or carers to help her with this. To volunteer you have to be a patient yourself, or someone who has cared for a patient, who
- is age 18 or above
- has pleural mesothelioma, (i.e. affecting your lungs)
- has a cough or who had a cough in the past
- is able to speak on the telephone
Whether you’re a patient or a carer you also have to be able to consent to taking part in the study.
