Two of our intrepid service users feature in new training videos

A company that trains people in recognising and safely dealing with the hazard of asbestos in Twentieth Century buildings has featured two of our service users in new videos highlighting the danger that asbestos poses. You can view these here.

Susan and Emily-Jane have also appeared in The Daily Mail

Susan Farral and Emily Jane Scandrett have already featured in the new Daily Mail campaign to rid our schools and hospitals of asbestos. And they took part in a walking marathon – on which they actually covered more than 27 miles – to raise money for us and for another charity, Mesothelioma UK. They have also appeared on radio and TV. They are determined to make people more aware of the risks that we all face from asbestos. You can find all of these stories in our blog posts.

They are pictured on their marathon walk.
